Processing Times

Every order is carefully inspected and prepared before dispatch: Processing time: 1–3 business days (orders are quality-checked, packed, and transferred to our logistics partners). 

Delivery Times

Our suitcases are crafted by the highest quality manufacturing facilities, which allows us to deliver a premium, high-end alternative to luxury brands at a far more accessible price. Due to peak season demand and limited global freight capacity, delivery may take over 30 days, though most orders arrive comfortably within our standard window. Please consider this when placing orders.  We appreciate your patience during this busy period, and you’ll receive full tracking as your Ark makes its way to you.
